customer service and follow up STINKS.Sofa would not fit through hallway.
They tried one time to get it in house and then it was up to me if I wanted to hire someone to get it through the hallway. Follow up phone calls take over a week. They really don't seem to care if you are happy or not with their service. Also charged 50% stocking fee since they now have to stock the sofa.
Needless to say I have NO SOFA and getting charged for 1/2 of it. Also delivery charge was free when I ordered. They billed me for delivery charge. Still waiting to hear back on that - guess I'll have to call them again.
They made no effort other than dumping the problem in my lap.
NEVER EVER will I shop there again, and I am passing the word.Really disgusted.
