The sales girl Kara was very nice. We setup the delivery for Saturday.

The delivery people texted and I confirmed the time. They did not show up. We called the store and every time we talked to someone else. Finally right before closing I talked to Kara.

She said the manager approved taking off the delivery charge. So next day they deliver our furniture. We went to the store and Daniel the manager said he didn't approve the charge. He was putting Kara down and generally not nice about the charge.

After 20 minutes he gave us back our money.

So basically they no showed on a delivery appointment and gave us a hard time about taking off the delivery fee. Daniel is the store manager at store #22.

Reason of review: Good quality.

I liked: Kara.

I didn't like: Delivery and store manager.

I financed my purchase of $9400.00 with just cabinets, received our cabinets, Just cabinets did not pay for the countertop, apparently they took $2900.00 for my countertop that I am still paying on. I put on the credit card they offered me to open for financing.
